Therapy That Fits Into Your Family Life

Evaluations

Occupational therapy evaluations involve assessing your child’s current sensory, fine motor, visual motor and feeding needs. This helps us to create an individualized plan.  Evaluations can be done on all areas or on specific areas of concern.

60-90 mins |  $195 

Occupational Therapy Sessions

Direct occupational therapy sessions will provide structured activities and exercises to help your child attain their goals as well as provide activities that you can incorporate into their daily routines.

Parent Coaching/Consultation

Sometimes it is helpful to be able to work through challenges and ideas without doing direct therapy interventions. Parent coaching and consultation allows us to provide you with actionable steps to take during your day-to-day activities to support your child’s progress and growth.  Parent coaching sessions usually occur over video call but can be done over the phone as well.

Paying for OT Services: Billing & Insurance Information

We understand that navigating insurance can be confusing, so we want to make things as straightforward as possible for you:

  • Now Accepting Blue Cross Blue Shield of Texas!
     We're happy to now accept Blue Cross Blue Shield of Texas for your convenience.

  • Private Pay & Superbill
     We also accept private pay, and upon request, we'll provide a Superbill so you can submit it to your insurance provider for potential reimbursement.

  • Working on Medicaid & Additional Insurance Credentialing
     We’re actively working on obtaining Medicaid and other private insurance credentialing to serve more families in need of support.
